Quick Updates [11/23]

Got some quick updates in after my basketball game. Enjoy

[11/23/15]
- Added more items to crystal key chest
- Added runecrafting npc
- Fixed elite slayer task, only gave 15, should give 20
- Lowered extra point amount from slayer helmet when completing a task while wearing it
- Added correct drops to correct bosses, like ourg bones from bandos only, big bones from arma, etc
- Added crystal shield to elves drops
