Title: Cache does not download properly.

Name of bug/glitch: requesting title screen
What happens: client does not load properly, it is suck on requesting title screen and then connection error retrying in - "x"
How it happens: when you double click the client .jar file and open it (kappa)
Why it happens: the cache does not download properly in my opinion.
Any more information: .OS-Legacy-V1.2 cache folder is created but the elements wont download, tried deleting the cache but its the same problem. any suggestions? maybe someone could zip/rar the cache and give me a link to download from.

Not sure why it wasn't working. Here, download this and unzip it, then put it into your user folder.
